Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. Once you complete your return, place a new order for the item at the current selling price.

You have 30 Days to submit a return if your order is in the original packaging. Click here to submit your request. Please note there will be a small restocking fee of $20 for return label fee. Your returned item must arrive at our facility before receiving the refund to your original bank account or payment method. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags.

All sale items are final (if you've applied a discount code to your purchase) We can not refund or make a product exchange unless your product was wrongfully shipped or you have a product defect. Click here to submit your request.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you have applied a discount code to your purchase. The Custom Tags are non-refundable, as they are personalised with your Name or Logo.
