My Order Was Lost/Stolen
Sometimes delivery scans can occur early and your package will arrive days later. Give it a few days and let us know if and when you receive it.
If you believe your package was delivered and your package was lost here’s a few things you can do:
If you have purchased Shipping Insurance/Route Protection file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/
If you haven’t purchased shipping insurance, you can call UPS or USPS below and file a claim.

Unfortunately, if the package has been shipped from the Tote&Carry facility and the package shows scanned. Tote&Carry is not responsible for the loss of this package.
