My Order Was Lost/StolenUpdated 13 days ago

Sometimes delivery scans can occur early and your package will arrive days later. 


If your package shows delivered but you believe your package was lost or stolen here’s a few things you can do: 

 

  1. If you have purchased Shipping Protection contact our support at [email protected] 

 

  1. If you did not purchase our shipping protection, we will file a claim on your behalf with FedEx. 

We will keep you updated on the progress of the claim with FedEx and inform you of any developments.

 

Unfortunately, if the package has been shipped from the Tote&Carry facility and the package shows scanned and delivered. Tote&Carry is not responsible for the package.
