My Order Was Lost/StolenUpdated 3 months ago

Sometimes delivery scans can occur early and your package will arrive days later.


If your package shows delivered but you believe your package was delivered and your package was lost here’s a few things you can do: 

 

  1. If you have purchased Shipping Protection contact our support at support@totencarry.com 

 

  1. If you did not purchase our shipping protection, you can call FedEx below and file a claim.

Unfortunately, if the package has been shipped from the Tote&Carry facility and the package shows scanned and delivered. Tote&Carry is not responsible for the package.
