My Order Was Lost/StolenUpdated 4 months ago

Sometimes delivery scans can occur early and your package will arrive days later. Give it a few days and let us know if and when you receive it.  

If you believe your package was delivered and your package was lost here’s a few things you can do: 

 

  1. If you have purchased Shipping Insurance contact our support at [email protected] 

 

  1. If you haven’t purchased shipping insurance, you can call FedEx below and file a claim.

Unfortunately, if the package has been shipped from the Tote&Carry facility and the package shows scanned. Tote&Carry is not responsible for the loss of this package.
