Exchange Policy:

At Tote&Carry, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. That's why we're pleased to inform you that we do accept exchanges. We've streamlined our returns process to ensure that you can find the perfect replacement item(s) swiftly and hassle-free.

How it Works:

Should you wish to exchange your item(s), we kindly ask you to initiate a return through our online returns portal in accordance with our return policy. When submitting your return request, please indicate the item(s) you wish to exchange and provide details of the replacement order.

Please note that we process exchange orders only after receiving the returned item(s).

Exceptions:

  • Please note that custom tags, personalized with your name or logo, are non-refundable as they are tailored to your specifications.
  • Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
