Returns and Refunds Policy:

At Tote&Carry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help with our hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Here's what you need to know:

Returns Eligibility:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that return labels expire 28 days after being generated.

  • We do not accept return drop-offs in person. All returns must be initiated through our online return portal or by contacting our customer support team.

  • Items must be in re-sellable condition, in their original packaging, and free from defects. This includes all accompanying accessories and tags.

Returns Process:

  1. Initiate Return:

    • To initiate a return, please visit our online return portal:
    • Or contact our customer support team. You will need to provide your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, including a return label if applicable.

  3. Package Items Securely:

    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including any accompanying accessories. Ensure the package is sealed properly to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Include Documentation:

    • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the online return portal. This document should clearly indicate which items are being returned. Failure to provide this documentation may result in processing delays.

  5. Return Shipping:

    • Affix the provided return label to the package if applicable. If using your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Tote&Carry error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

If the customers choose to return their item using their own return label, they will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 - $15.

Alternatively, if customers choose to return the item using our provided shipping label, they will incur a $25 fee, which includes the cost of the shipping label and restocking fees.

Refunds / Store Credit:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund/Store credit within 5-7 business days. (Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase).

Please Note:

  • - We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

  • - Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

  • - Items must be in re-sellable condition, in their original packaging, and free from defects to qualify for a refund.

  • - Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order.
  • - Refunds can take up to 7 days to return to your card depending on your financial institution.
  • - If you didn't receive your refund within 7 days, please contact your financial institution
