Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?Updated 24 days ago

In order to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we have a limited window to cancel or edit orders. If you wish to cancel or edit your order please email us within 30 minutes. 

Please note: If the order has been fulfilled and you have received the tracking confirmation we would not be able to cancel your order.

 Inability to cancel an order 


If we're unable to cancel your order, you can:

  • Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS) and ask if your order can be returned to us (there is no guarantee that it can be re-routed). 
  • there will be an interception fee if we succeed to intercept the order.
  • Refuse the package at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us
